Fee Property definition
Fee Property as defined in subsection 5.13.
Fee Property means a Real Property Asset consisting of a fee interest in real property.
Fee Property has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.10(b).
Examples of Fee Property in a sentence
The Owned Property, Fee Property, and the Leased Property are collectively referred to as the “Real Property”.
