FIXTURES AND FITTINGS. 17.1 The property is sold together with any buildings or other improvements thereon and to the extent as it lies. Upon the same terms and conditions ventilated in clause 7 above (which terms are incorporated herein by reference, but appropriately adapted to what is pertinently described herein), the Seller and the agents does not assume any liability in respect of the condition, usability, serviceability or possible state of disrepair of any of the buildings or improvements thereon, nor in respect of any of the fixtures and fittings therein, including stoves and whatever assets are sold in terms of this agreement, all of it in the condition as it currently lies.

(a) The provisions of the Separation Agreement and the other Transaction Documents shall apply to any equipment, office equipment, trade fixtures, furniture and any other personal property located at each Property (excluding any equipment, office equipment, trade fixtures, furniture and any other personal property owned by third parties).
FIXTURES AND FITTINGS. 7.13.1 Not to remove any of the Fixtures and Fittings from the Premises to store the same in the loft, basement or garage (if any) without obtaining the Landlord’s prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, and then to ensure that any such items are stored safely and upon vacating the Premises, to leave the same in the places in which they were on the Commencement Date.

You should not add to, change, or in any other way interfere with the electrical cables, switches, junctions or points (except as the House Managers may prescribe under Rule 9 hereof) or the pipes, taps or other apparatus installed in connection with the supply or use of electricity, hot or cold water or gas or the internet cable installation, or with any other furniture fixture or fittings (including curtains) in the Hostel. Tampering with fire appliances, detection units and signage is a criminal offence and will result in management action being taken against those responsible. Any action which may put the safety of the building or its occupants at risk could constitute an offence under Health and Safety legislation. (Rule 9:4 above). Vandalism could constitute an offence under the Act. In addition LHA reserves the right to recover from residents the full cost of repairs arising out of acts of vandalism or unauthorised alterations t the premises. Please report immediately to the House Manager any damage or fair wear and tear in your room and the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
FIXTURES AND FITTINGS. The Lessor will provide certain fixtures and fittings for the interior of the Object leased according to Annex II hereto —SOHU.COM Internet Plaza Office Building Delivery Standards (subject to the confirmation document signed by the Lessee and the property management company designated by the Lessor), the Lessee shall return such fixtures and fittings in the same shape, conditions and structure as previously delivered upon the termination of the Lease. The initial delivery status shall be subject to the confirmation document signed by the Lessee and the property management company designated by the Lessor.

The PROPERTY is sold together with any buildings or other improvements thereon and to the extent as it now lies "voetstoots" and in the event of there being such buildings or other improvements, any stoves, anthracite heaters, electric fittings, venetian blinds, pumps, engines, electric scales, build in fridges, rails, fences, trees and shrubs, all shall be deemed to be included in the sale.
