Grievance on Safety. An employee or group of employees who believe they are being required to work under conditions which are unsafe or unhealthy shall have the right to file a grievance in the third step of the grievance procedure for preferred handling in such procedure and arbitration.

Grievance on Safety. An employee, or a group of employees, who is required to work under unsafe or unhealthy conditions shall have the right to file a grievance in the third step of the grievance procedure for preferred handling.
Grievance on Safety. An employee, or a group of employees, who is/are required to work under conditions considered unsafe or unhealthy, shall have the right to file a grievance at step 2 of the Grievance Procedure for preferred handling The parties agree that such grievance shall not occur before the Joint Health & Safety Committee process has concluded. The time limits for filing the grievance at the final stage shall commence when the Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee process has concluded.
