Cooperation on Safety. The Employer and Union will cooperate in continuing and perfecting regulations which will afford adequate protection to employees engaged in hazardous areas.
Cooperation on Safety. The Union agrees to cooperate with the Employer in establishing rules and practices, which promote an occupational environment which will enhance the physiological conditions of employees and which will provide protection from factors adverse to employee health and safety.

There shall be no discrimination, no penalty, no intimidation and no coercion when Employees comply with this Health and Safety Article.
Cooperation on Safety. 29.01 The Union and the University recognize a joint responsibility for the maintenance of safety in work practices and in the working environment, and will cooperate in the establishment and improvement of safety rules and practices, and will monitor compliance with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal health and safety legislation and/or regulations.

Cooperation on Safety a) The University and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of health and safety in the University in order to prevent work related accidents, injury and illness.
Cooperation on Safety. The Union and the University shall cooperate in promoting and in improving procedures and practices intended to enhance employee health and safety in the workplace. An employee must not be subject to disciplinary action because the employee has acted in compliance with this article of the Collective Agreement or an order made by an Officer of WorkSafe BC.
