Group of Employees. A group of fewer than ten (10) employees may file a grievance if a complaint arises out of the same transaction or occurrence and the facts and claim are common to all employees in the group. Such grievance must be in writing and signed by all grievants in the group.

  • PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES A. The Board assures bargaining unit members that it shall put its full support behind the discipline procedures and policies hereinafter recommended and adopted by the Board. It is also agreed that such policies will be enforced fairly and consistently pursuant to its anti-discrimination policy.

  • HIRING OF EMPLOYEES Company and Shareholders shall cooperate with all requests made by Pentegra for the purpose of allowing Pentegra to hire those non-dentist employees of Company designated by Pentegra, such employment to be effective as of the Closing Date.   • Notification of Employees A.   • DNR Employees An employee of the Department of Natural Resources may meet the basic eligibility requirement for participation in the Group Insurance Program based on a combination of seasonal and temporary project employment. Eligibility commences after completion of three (3) years of continuous service in which the basic eligibility requirements are met; continues until the employee completes a year in which the basic eligibility requirements are not met; and commences again after the employee meets or is anticipated to meet the basic eligibility requirements in one (1) year.
