Immediate Manager definition

Immediate Manager means that person from whom an Employee normally receives their work assignments. The Employee shall have the right to be accompanied by a Union Xxxxxxx or Union Representative while discussing the matter with their immediate Manager. The immediate Manager shall advise the Employee of their decision within ten (10) days of the date the matter was first discussed.
