Five-Day Operations. The regular hours of work shall be forty (40) hours per week in accordance with shift schedules mutually agreed upon between the Company and the Union. Work beyond forty (40) hours in any one (1) week or eight (8) hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the basic hourly rate, plus the applicable shift premium. All overtime hours worked in excess of eight (8) overtime hours in a week shall be paid at two (2) times the basic hourly rate.

Five-Day Operations. The regular hours of work shall be forty (40) hours per week in accordance with schedules mutually agreed upon between the Company and the Union. Work beyond forty (40) hours in any one (1) week or eight (8) hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period, or hours worked other than those scheduled shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 times the basic hourly rate, plus the applicable premium.
