Commencement of Operations definition

Commencement of Operations means, with respect to any Facility, the completion and the performance of all of the following activities:
Commencement of Operations means the point in time when the installation or connected infrastructure is involved for the first time in the operations for which it is designed;
Commencement of Operations means the beginning of active operations by a qualifying business of the principal function for which a qualifying project was constructed.
