BASIC HOURLY RATE. Employee’s “basic hourly rate” is the portion of an employee’s “hourly base rate of pay” that is determined by his position on the pay progression scale and calendar year in effect as shown in “Appendix A”.

TIME AND ONE-HALF Time-and-one-half means pay calculated on the basis of one-and-one-half times the basic hourly rate. Persons engaged under these provisions on a weekly basis are available for assignment on up to five Out Of seven days per week. In the event that the employee is required to work on a sixth (6th) or seventh (7th) consecutive day, the employee's time on such days shall be calculated at time and one-half, or equivalent off in lieu.

BASIC HOURLY RATE. It is agreed that the basic hourly wage rate of wages for employees in the unit, when the employees are engaged in modular block wall work as noted in Section 3.01.
