Fees; Invoices. (a) For its services hereunder, each Fund agrees to pay the Bank (i) its out-of-pocket expenses, (ii) the monthly fees and compensation set forth on Schedule II attached hereto, (iii) any negative Calendar Month Earnings Credits, and (iv) such other amounts as may be mutually agreed upon from time to time. The Bank shall provide each Fund with a monthly activity analysis detailing service volumes, and including average Account Available Balances and average ledger balances, and all fees owing for such month.

Fees; Invoices. Unless the Subscriber is an office, officer, department, division, agency, or bureau of the state of Minnesota, Subscriber shall pay the fees, if any, set forth in applicable Policies & Notices, together with applicable sales, use or other taxes. Applicable monthly fees commence ten (10) days after notice of approval of the request pursuant to section 3 of this Subscriber Amendment or upon the initial Subscriber transaction as defined in the Policies & Notices, whichever occurs earlier. When fees apply, the Court shall invoice Subscriber on a monthly basis for charges incurred in the preceding month and applicable taxes, if any, and payment of all amounts shall be due upon receipt of invoice. If all amounts are not paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice, the Court may immediately cancel this Subscriber Amendment without notice to Subscriber and pursue all available legal remedies. Subscriber certifies that funds have been appropriated for the payment of charges under this Subscriber Amendment for the current fiscal year, if applicable.
Fees; Invoices. First Union agrees to pay the Fees provided in the Statement of Work in U.S. dollars at the address of the Supplier stated herein. If provided for in the Statement(s) of Work, First Union shall reimburse Supplier for transportation (except for normal commuting), lodging and substances for travel authorized in advance by First Union. Travel expenses will be paid only in accordance with the effective policy of First Union covering such expenses invoices shall be sent by Supplier for all payments hereafter. Invoices shall describe the items charged for in the invoice and shall be subject to approval by the First Union Representative for conformity with this Agreement and the statement(s) of Work. Invoices shall be payable within thirty (30) days after the receipt at First Union's Accounts Payable Division. First Union may [****]. Supplier agrees to arrange for an account to receive payment made by electronic transfer, at First Union's option. No payment made by First Union shall be considered as acceptance of satisfactory performance of Suppliers obligations under this Agreement, nor shall any payment be construed as acceptance of substandard or careless products or services or as relieving Supplier from its full responsibility under the Agreement.
Fees; Invoices. 5.1 OhioLINK shall send invoices of amounts due and owing under this Agreement to Member by physical or electronic means to the address for Member set forth on the Member’s signature page.
Fees; Invoices. In the event that Licensee elects to purchase a paid offering of Licensor by executing an Order Form(s), the fees shall be as set forth in such Order Form(s). Such Order Form(s), if any, will also include payment terms for invoices.

Protos agrees to pay Subcontractor fees for its Services according to the rates set forth in the applicable Assignment and, to the extent set forth on each original invoice to Protos, all applicable sales, use, local and/or other similar taxes. Protos shall pay Subcontractor all fees in United States Dollars (USD) within sixty (60) days after the applicable invoice; provided, however, that Protos may deduct from Subcontractor’s fees set forth in any invoice an amount of up to three percent (3%) of such fees if Subcontractor’s employees, agents or representatives (including permitted subcontractors) (collectively, “Personnel”) do not arrive on time at the relevant location(s) for the performance of the Services that are the subject of such invoice at least ninety-seven percent (97%) of the time for the time period during which such Services were performed. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Subcontractor shall be responsible for any and all costs and expenses incurred by Subcontractor or its Personnel in providing the Services (including, without limitation, vehicle, travel, phone, toll and postage expenses).

Fees; Invoices. In consideration of LCS’s performance of the Services, Client shall pay the associated fees and costs as set forth on the Proposal (the “Fees”). The Fees are subject to changes annually upon written notice from LCS to Client. LCS will issue invoices as set forth in the Proposal and payment shall be due within thirty (30) days of Client’s receipt of an invoice, all as more specifically set forth in the “Agreement for Legionella Compliance Services” section of the Proposal.
Fees; Invoices. 3.1 All invoices are issued approximately 3 working days prior to the 1st of the month and are calculated at a fixed monthly rate based on your child’s normal weekly sessions x 51 Weeks / 12 months. Extra sessions or additional charges will be invoiced in the same month or the following month’s invoice.
