Payment of Charges definition

Payment of Charges means the obligation of a party to pay any amount to the other party as required under this agreement, including the obligation to pay Charges and Termination Costs. Powerlink means the person so described in the Details.

Payment of Charges. Storage bills are payable monthly in advance for each month’s storage or fraction thereof. Charges for labor, cartage and other services are payable upon completion of the work. Late charges at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum compounded monthly) shall accrue on all overdue accounts. If Depositor’s account becomes delinquent, any valuation provided or depository insurance purchased by The Warehouseman on behalf of Depositor may be cancelled for non-payment, providing notice is issued to Depositor not less than 30 days prior to such cancellation. Payment of Charges. All charges and expenses payable by you under this Agreement are due on demand by us. If you do not pay all charges due, a late charge of 1.5% per calendar month on the outstanding balance and any collection costs incurred by T2 Campers, including reasonable legal fees will be added. When you comprise more than one person, each person is jointly and severally liable for all obligations of you pursuant to this Agreement. Payment by credit card: Where payment is paid by credit card, you agree that: a) we are irrevocably authorised to complete any documentation and to take any other action to recover from the credit card issuer all amounts due pursuant to this Agreement in respect of the Security Deposit and the hire charges payable; b) you shall indemnify and keep us indemnified against any loss incurred (including legal costs) by reason of notifying a credit card issuer of a dispute; c) we may process the credit card voucher.   • Notice of Charges means a notice sent by the Compliance Department pursuant to Rule 607.

  • Enforcement Expenses shall include all reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, transcript costs, fees of experts, travel expenses, duplicating costs, printing and binding costs, telephone charges, postage, delivery service fees, and all other out-of-pocket disbursements or expenses of the types customarily incurred in connection with an action to enforce indemnification or advancement rights, or an appeal from such action. Expenses, however, shall not include fees, salaries, wages or benefits owed to Indemnitee.

  • Maintenance Fee means any fee, obligation, or

  • Yield Maintenance Account The separate trust account maintained and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.16, which account shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Trust on behalf of the Class A Certificateholders, and which account provides that the Trustee may make, or cause to be made, withdrawals therefrom in accordance with Section 3.16.

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.
