Examples of Monthly Fees in a sentence

  • At the time of executing a Residency Agreement, the prospective resident must be 60 years of age or older, capable of living in a residence (with or without reasonable accommodation or reasonable modification), and have sufficient financial resources to pay the Entrance Fee, Monthly Fees and any extra charges incurred as defined in the Residency Agreement.
