Subcontractor Fees Sample Clauses

The Subcontractor Fees clause defines how and when a subcontractor will be compensated for their work on a project. It typically outlines the fee structure, such as fixed rates, hourly charges, or milestone payments, and may specify invoicing procedures and payment timelines. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of financial obligations, reducing the risk of disputes over payment and helping to maintain a smooth working relationship.
