Extension of Agreement Term. The Term is hereby extended to March 31, 2021, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Extension of Agreement Term. On or before the termination date of the Initial Term or any current extension term of this Agreement, the parties may mutually agree to extend the then existing term (an “Extension Term or Extended Term”). The Extension Term shall begin on the expiration of the then existing term and continue for twelve (12) months thereafter, unless otherwise terminated earlier as set forth herein. All terms, covenants, and provisions of this Agreement shall apply to each such Extension Term.
Extension of Agreement Term. Asia Netcom may, at its option, extend the Term of this Agreement at fair market pricing to be mutually agreed by both parties for one (1) subsequent period of three (3) years by delivering written notice to EAN Network no later than three (3) months in advance of the expiration of the initial Term. All other terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply during any such extension. Any such extension is subject to the transactions contemplated under this Agreement complying with the relevant provisions of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited governing connected transactions at the time of the extension and that The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited granting a waiver from the announcement and independent shareholders’ approval requirements with respect to the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, where necessary.
Extension of Agreement Term. The Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the second sentence of Section 1 and replacing it with the following: “The term of employment of Executive under this Agreement (the “Term”) shall be the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on June 1, 2020, as may be extended in accordance with this Section 1 and subject to earlier termination in accordance with Section 4.”

Extension of Agreement Term. Section 9 of the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
Extension of Agreement Term. The Term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 9.3 (and 9.4, if applicable) shall automatically be extended for the period of time in which the Parties are engaged in dispute resolution to the degree that such extension of the Term is reasonably required because activities which would have been completed prior to the expiration of the Term are delayed beyond the scheduled expiration of the Term as the result of such dispute resolution.
Extension of Agreement Term. Provided that Lessee is not in default of this Agreement and subject to County consent, which consent may be withheld at County’s sole discretion, Lessee may request an extension of the Term of this Agreement for ( ) additional term of ( ) years (each additional term, an “Extension Period”), subject to all original agreements, considerations, covenants, and conditions of this Agreement, except for the Rent (defined in Section 3.1) which shall be subject to adjustment at the beginning of the initial Agreement Year of the Extension Period pursuant to Section 3.2 Rent Adjustments of this Agreement. To request an Extension Period, Lessee must provide County with written Notice (defined in Section 16.1) no less than one hundred twenty (120) days and no more than three hundred sixty-five (365) days prior to the expiration date of the Term of this Agreement. If County does not consent to or deny a request for an Extension Period in a written Notice within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of the Term, the request will be deemed denied. If the Extension Period is approved by County, the Extension Period shall begin the day following the expiration of the Term and all references to the Term in this Agreement shall include the Extension Period.
Extension of Agreement Term. Provided that the Manager has met all obligations of this Agreement during the Agreement Term, at the end of the Agreement Term the Owner shall negotiate in good faith with the Manager for an extension of the Agreement under similar terms and conditions as this Agreement, subject to applicable state law procedural provisions and approval of the City Council.
Extension of Agreement Term. 12.1 If Franchisee is in Good Standing and meets the Expansion Criteria as set forth in Schedule B, then, no earlier than twelve (12) months before the expiration of the Agreement Term, Company will forward to Franchisee a written proposal for the grant to Franchisee of rights to develop additional Krispy Kreme Stores in the Development Area. Such written proposal, which will be consistent with Company’s then current fees and operating practices, will indicate the number and general location of the additional Krispy Kreme Stores to be opened and the order and time frame in which they are to be opened. Franchisee will be given a right of first refusal to execute Company’s written proposal. Franchisee must exercise its right of first refusal by providing written notice to Company within sixty (60) days of the date of receipt of Company’s written proposal. If Franchisee accepts Company’s written proposal, the parties will enter into good faith negotiations to finalize the remaining details of the successor development agreement. If Franchisee fails to accept Company’s written proposal as required herein, Company will have the right to develop, or grant rights to another to develop, additional Krispy Kreme Stores in the Development Area.
