Extension Period definition

Extension Period has the meaning specified in Section 3.12.

Examples of Extension Period in a sentence

  • To exercise the redemption right under this Section 6(a), the holder must deliver a Notice of Redemption to the General Partner no later than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Initial Term or Extension Period, as applicable.

  • Accordingly, Extension Period 1 shall commence automatically on June 27, 2026.
