Extension of Agreement. WICHITA and DERBY may extend this Agreement on a year-to-year basis with written approval of both parties. Funds are secured in the agreement year and subject to be spent within FTA requirements.
Extension of Agreement. No renewal or extension of the Agreement, no release or surrender of any Collateral given as security in connection therewith, and no delay in enforcement thereof or in exercising any right or power with respect thereto or hereunder shall affect the rights of the MSO with respect to the Collateral or any part thereof.
Extension of Agreement. Following the initial Rating Period of this Agreement, this Agreement shall automatically renew for a successive Rating Period(s), unless terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Financial Terms, as set forth in Section III, shall change at the start of each Rating Period. BCBSRI shall send Financial Terms changes to GROUP in a writing signed by BCBSRI. Such writing shall constitute an amendment to this Agreement. The amendment shall be deemed accepted by GROUP upon payment of the applicable Monthly Premium for such Rating Period. Any change to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, other than a change in the financial terms as described above or in Section IV (3.1), shall be communicated to GROUP in a writing approved by BCBSRI and signed by the Parties hereto, which writing shall constitute an amendment to this Agreement. During any extension, this Agreement and all of its terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect, except as otherwise amended or modified in writing.
Extension of Agreement. The State may request an extension of this Demonstration, which will be evaluated consistent with terms specified under Section 1115A(b)(3) of the Social Security Act such as ensuring the Demonstration is improving the quality of care without increasing spending; reducing spending without reducing the quality of care; or improving the quality and care and reducing spending. Any extension request will be subject to CMS approval.
Extension of Agreement. Subject to Article 16 below, upon a Change in Control, the Term of Employment shall be extended to the second anniversary of such Change in Control, with automatic one (1) year renewals thereafter unless either Party notifies the other at least six (6) months before the scheduled expiration date that this Agreement is not to renew. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Term of Employment may be earlier terminated by either Party in accordance with the provisions of Article 10, except as modified by this Article 14.

One year prior to the date of expiration of this agreement, LOCAL AGENCY shall give STATE written notice of whether LOCAL AGENCY will extend or enter into a new agreement with STATE for fire protection services and, if so, whether LOCAL AGENCY intends to change the level of fire protection services from that provided by this agreement. If this agreement is executed with less than one year remaining on the term of the agreement, LOCAL AGENCY shall provide this written notice at the time it signs the agreement and the one year notice requirement shall not apply.
