Commencing on the Effective Date the Companies will pay Employee a minimum base annual salary during the term of this Agreement for his services as an officer of $145,000.00, which shall be payable in accordance with the Companies' standard payroll practice, but not less than monthly. Such base salary shall not include any benefits made available to Employee or any contributions or payments made on his behalf pursuant to any employee benefit plan or program of the Companies, including any health, disability or life insurance plan or program, 401-K plan, cash bonus plan, stock incentive plan, retirement plan or similar plan or program of any nature. The Companies shall review Employee's salary on a semi-annual basis, and shall increase the annual salary of Employee from time to time as may be warranted in accordance with the Companies' compensation policies. ANS shall have no separate salary obligation to Employee.

Commencing on the Effective Date the Company shall pay a basic salary to Employee at the rate of Ninety-Six Thousand Dollars ($96,000) per year, payable in equal monthly installments (the “Basic Salary”) in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices. The Employee agrees that such salary shall not be increased during the term of this Agreement.
Commencing on the Effective Date. Tenant shall have a thirty (30) day period (the “Inspection Period”) to inspect and investigate the mutually agreeable relocation premises and perform soil, groundwater, and other tests thereon, if applicable, and review and evaluate title, surveys, and other matters related to the use and occupancy of the proposed relocation premises. Landlord shall provide Tenant with true, correct, and complete copies of all studies, tests, reports, plans, drawings, surveys, agreements, and documents requested by Tenant, to the extent available to Landlord, with respect to the relocation premises. Tenant may, at its option without penalty, terminate all sections of this Lease with respect to the Riverside City College Premises only, for any reason, by sending written notice of termination to Landlord on or before 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the Inspection Period, in which event the parties have no further rights or liabilities hereunder with respect to the Riverside City College Premises (all sections of this Lease will still remain in effect for the other two locations). Commencing on the Effective Date, Tenant shall have a one hundred twenty (120) day period (the “Permit Period”) to obtain, at Tenant’s sole expense, all signage, construction, utility, and operating permits, approvals, and consents required from the applicable governmental authorities (collectively, “Permits) to install the ATM facility in the relocation premises. Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in obtaining such Permits. If Tenant is unable to obtain the Permits necessary to install the ATM facility in the relocation premises at Riverside City College by the expiration of the Permit Period, then Tenant may, at its option without penalty, terminate all sections of this Lease with respect to the Riverside City College Premises only by sending written notice of termination to Landlord on or before the expiration of the Permit Period, in which event the parties have no further rights or liabilities hereunder with respect to the Riverside City College Premises (all sections of this Lease will still remain in effect for the other two locations).

  • Restatement Effective Date The obligations of the Lenders to make Loans and of the Issuing Bank to issue Letters of Credit hereunder shall not become effective until the date on which each of the following conditions is satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 9.02):

  • Initial Effective Date The initial effective date of coverage under the Group Insurance Program is the thirty-fifth (35th) day following the employee's first day of employment, re- hire, or reinstatement with the State. The initial effective date of coverage for an employee whose eligibility has changed is the date of the change. An employee must be actively at work on the initial effective date of coverage, except that an employee who is on paid leave on the date State-paid life insurance benefits increase is also entitled to the increased life insurance coverage. In no event shall an employee's dependent's coverage become effective before the employee's coverage. If an employee is not actively at work due to employee or dependent health status or medical disability, medical and dental coverage will still take effect. (Life and disability coverage will be delayed until the employee returns to work.)

  • Agreement Effective Date This Agreement shall become effective and binding upon each Party immediately following the occurrence of the following conditions (the “Agreement Effective Date”):

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Amendment Effective Date This Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Amendment Effective Date”) on which each of the following conditions shall have been satisfied:

If the member remains medically unfit for duty such that the rescheduled time is not taken by December as aforesaid, the member shall be entitled to choose to either (1) receive in the first pay period of the following calendar year an amount equal to the salary he would normally receive in respect of the vacation time not taken or (2) carry over the vacation to the following year, to be scheduled as approved by the Chief or his designate. In the event that the member chooses to carry over the vacation to the following year, the time must be taken prior to the end of the following calendar year. In the event that the carried-over time is not taken prior to the end of the following calendar year, the member shall receive a payout at the salary rate applicable when the vacation time was earned. It is further understood and agreed that regardless of seniority, no scheduling of any carried over vacation time will result in any member's scheduled vacation being cancelled or bumped. A member who is on suspension, either paid or unpaid, at the time of the of his scheduled vacation, shall not be required to report in for the period of his scheduled vacation. A member who is on suspension, either paid or unpaid, and who has not scheduled his vacation for the year shall do so as soon as requested and, once such vacation time is approved, shall not be required to report in during the scheduled vacation time.
