Unless previously terminated, the Additional Term B-2 Commitments shall terminate upon the making of the Additional Term B-2 Loans on the Amendment No. 5 Effective Date.
Amendment No. 2 Closing Date and (iii) the Additional Revolving Credit Commitments or Additional Term Loan Commitments of any Class shall automatically terminate on the Maturity Date specified therefor in the applicable Refinancing Amendment, Extension Amendment or Incremental Facility Amendment, as applicable.
