Additional Term definition

Additional Term means that term commencing on the last day of the Basic Term and terminating one (1) year thereafter.
Additional Term has the meaning ascribed to it in Exhibit C.
Additional Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.

Examples of Additional Term in a sentence

  • Unless previously terminated, the Additional Term B-2 Commitments shall terminate upon the making of the Additional Term B-2 Loans on the Amendment No. 5 Effective Date.

  • Amendment No. 2 Closing Date and (iii) the Additional Revolving Credit Commitments or Additional Term Loan Commitments of any Class shall automatically terminate on the Maturity Date specified therefor in the applicable Refinancing Amendment, Extension Amendment or Incremental Facility Amendment, as applicable.

  • Unless previously terminated, the Additional Term B Commitments shall terminate upon the making of the Additional Term B Loans on the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a Change in Control occurs when there are fewer than twelve (12) months remaining during the Initial Term or Additional Term, as applicable, the term of this Agreement will extend automatically through the date that is twelve (12) months following the date of the Change in Control.
