Initial Term definition

Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Initial Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

Examples of Initial Term in a sentence

  • Executive’s continued employment after the expiration of the Initial Term shall be in accordance with and governed by this Agreement, unless modified by the parties to this Agreement in writing.

  • For purposes of this Agreement the Initial Term and any extended term shall be referred to as the “TERM”.

  • After the Initial Term (as defined below), NCIT may increase Fees by providing written notice to Licensee at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the Fee increase, and the Fees will be deemed amended accordingly without further notice or consent; provided that NCIT will not increase Fees during the Initial Term.

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time after the Initial Term upon at least six (6) months’ prior written notice to the other party.

  • This Agreement will automatically renew for additional successive one-year terms unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Agreement’s express provisions or either party gives the other party written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the then-current term (each a “Renewal Term” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”).
