Franchisee must Sample Clauses
Franchisee must. (i) comply with Franchisor’s instructions in filing and maintaining any required business, trade, fictitious, assumed, or similar name registrations; (ii) obtain Franchisor’s prior approval of any name to be so registered; and (iii) indicate in the registration documents that Franchisee has the right to use such name only subject to the terms of this Agreement. Franchisee must also execute any documents and take such other action deemed necessary by Franchisor or its counsel to protect the Proprietary Marks or maintain their validity and enforceability; and
Franchisee must comply with these conditions and be prepared to open the Franchised Business within one hundred twenty (120) days after signing this Agreement and only after having satisfactorily completed the initial training program as specified in Section V.
Franchisee must during all hours of operation, provide an operating staff that is qualified and competent to carry out the functions required by this Agreement.
