Accrued Vacation Clause Samples

The Accrued Vacation clause defines how unused vacation time that an employee has earned but not yet taken is handled, typically at the end of employment. It specifies whether accrued vacation will be paid out upon termination, how it is calculated, and any limitations or conditions that may apply, such as caps on accrual or requirements for notice. This clause ensures clarity for both employer and employee regarding compensation for earned time off, preventing disputes and setting clear expectations about final pay.
