Before April. 30 and October 1 in each of its fiscal year, the Borrower shall, on the basis of forecasts prepared by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Bank, review whether it would meet the requirements set forth in paragraph (a) in respect of such year and the next following fiscal year and shall furnish to the Bank a copy of such review upon its completion.
Before April. 16, the Principal shall inform, in writing, the following individuals of the names of the teachers declared surplus to the school, and the names of the teachers by-passed: • The Superintendent of Human Resources • EAT Unit President. • Each teacher concerned in the presence of the Branch President.
Before April. 1 of each year during the term of this Licence, the Licensee will submit for the District Manager's approval a fire protection pre-organization plan consistent with this Licence, and will include a duty roster in the fire protection pre-organization plan.
Before April. 1 of each year, the Consulting Teacher shall complete a written report evaluating the teachers’ participation in the Program consisting solely of: (1) a description of the assistance provided to the Participating Teacher; and (2) a description of the results of the assistance in the areas specified in section 3.1.3 above. (See Evaluation of Teacher’s Participation in PAR Form.) This report shall be submitted to the Joint Panel, with a copy also submitted to the Participating Teacher and the Principal.
Before April. 1st of any subsequent Year, Canada or its agent will provide the Province with access to any revised maps of the Lands in digital form (or other such format as agreed upon by the Parties.) The Province will, using the revised maps of the Lands, determine the extent of any changes to the Lands whereby the Province may prepare an Amending Document.
Before April. 1st of each year, the Consulting Teacher shall complete a written report evaluating the Referred Teacher Participant's participation in the PAR program. The report shall consist solely of: (1) description of assistance provided, and (2) description of results in targeted areas. A copy of the report will be presented and discussed with the Referred Teacher Participant. The report shall also be submitted to the Advisory Panel. The Consulting Teacher's report shall be made available to the District for placement in the Referred Teacher Participant's personnel file.
