Employee Meetings. Subject to notification of no less than 24 hours to the building principal, employees may schedule meetings with other building staff and/or Union representatives in the buildings to which they are assigned, provided that such meetings shall not be held before 6:30am or later than 5:30pm and are subject to previously scheduled school or professional activities. The KCFT & SRP will be allowed to use the available District buildings for meetings and professional development without cost. Meetings will be scheduled with the Office of Curriculum, Instruction and Professional Development. All other building usage by employees shall be subject to Board Policy relating to use of District property by members of the public.
Employee Meetings. All meetings in an investigative and disciplinary process will be scheduled at times during the employees’ scheduled work shift and employee attendance at such meetings will be considered time worked. When an employee has requested PSE representation at an investigative or disciplinary meeting, PSE will be consulted in scheduling the meeting to avoid unnecessary delays in the process.
Employee Meetings. 9.3.1 The Company recognises that Employees may need to meet in relation to issues concerning the workplace or related issues. Subject to reasonable prior advice to the site manager by an Employee Representative, Employees may use Company premises for such purposes provided the meeting is conducted in a rostered break from actual work such as meal times and provided also the meeting does not extend into actual working time, the responsibility for which rests with that Employee Representative.
Employee Meetings. A. Local, State, and National: A reasonable number of classroom teachers shall be allowed to attend meetings of professional organizations each year. Qualified applicants shall be selected on a rotating basis. Paid substitutes shall be furnished when needed.
Employee Meetings. 1. Employee meetings are held for the benefit of the educational program. Those meetings shall not conflict with W.E.A. meeting night, which is scheduled for the fourth (4th) Tuesday of the month.

August and September hours are waived to allow staff to fulfill the requirements of mandatory trainings (Public SchoolWorks or its successor).

Employee Meetings. Pursuant to section 26 of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000, every Union member employed by the Employer, shall, in each calendar year be entitled to 2 Union meetings of the reasonable duration without loss of ordinary pay, provided that each of the following conditions is fulfilled:
Employee Meetings. The Township may schedule and conduct one or more meetings of employees, including singularly or collectively Bargaining Unit Members, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual interest. Attendance at such meetings shall be voluntary. Members who attend such meetings, outside of their regular hours of work, shall not be compensated.
Employee Meetings a. Each employee may be required to attend meetings as described in Appendix A. There are no second Monday meetings, except those specified on the calendar. In the Adult Education division, the first (1st), third (3rd) and fourth (4th) Monday meetings may be scheduled on any day of the week (Monday through Thursday) on which the majority of the employees of a given program or building are scheduled for work. This day shall be established by the fourth (4th) week of each semester and shall remain constant for each semester. Adult Education city-wide meetings may be scheduled on days other than the rest of the District by mutual agreement between the GREA and the District.
