Professional Activities Clause Samples
The 'Professional Activities' clause defines the scope of work or services that a professional is expected to perform under an agreement. It typically outlines the specific duties, responsibilities, or types of activities that fall within the professional's role, such as consulting, advising, or providing specialized services. By clearly delineating what constitutes professional activities, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about the nature and extent of the services to be provided, ensuring both parties have a shared understanding and reducing the risk of disputes.
