It is required that all employees timely submit properly executed true and accurate ti mesheets that fully account for all absences or lime away from work during the normal workday and that all such time, including lateness, is properly charged to appropriate leave accruals in accordance with established Agency policies, rules, regulations and procedures governing the use of leave accruals. The Agency maintains a professional work environment. Employees must dress in a manner appropriate for the conduct of the Agency's business. Outlandish or overly casual attire is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of the Agency. Personal use of communication and information systems must be minimized.
