Illegal Discrimination. In situations involving allegations of discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship status, age, disability, veteran status, or genetic information, the review of the layoff shall be conducted by the MCCCD EEO/AA Manager, who shall submit a recommendation to the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, who shall make a final decision.
