DISTRICT BENEFITS Clause Samples

The "District Benefits" clause defines the specific advantages, rights, or privileges that the district will receive as a result of entering into the agreement. This may include access to certain services, financial incentives, infrastructure improvements, or other tangible or intangible benefits provided by the other party. For example, the district might gain priority access to new facilities or receive a share of revenue generated from a project. The core function of this clause is to clearly outline what the district stands to gain, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding of the district's entitlements under the contract.
