Medical Plan. Eligible employees and dependants shall be covered by the British Columbia Medical Services Plan or carrier approved by the British Columbia Medical Services Commission. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium. An eligible employee who wishes to have coverage for other than dependants may do so provided the Medical Plan is agreeable and the extra premium is paid by the employee through payroll deduction. Membership shall be a condition of employment for eligible employees who shall be enrolled for coverage following the completion of three (3) months’ employment or upon the initial date of employment for those employees with portable service as outlined in Article 14.12.

Medical Plan. A medical plan shall be made available to all regular and regular part-time employees desiring same. The Employer shall pay the full premium cost for the employee's coverage under such a plan.

Medical Plan. The City shall contract with the Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) for the purpose of providing medical insurance benefits for employees covered by this Memorandum of Understanding, eligible retired employees and eligible survivors of retired employees.
Medical Plan. A. The District agrees to provide a group medical plan, including health, dental and vision coverage, to full-time employees and shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium attributable to employee coverage under this plan during the life of this Agreement. In the event an employee elects dependent coverage, the District shall pay fifty percent (50%) of the premium for such coverage. The provider of such insurance shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties. In the event there are changes in a specific benefit or if there are inclusions or deletions of benefits, said changes shall be negotiated.
Medical Plan. Employees and their eligible dependents may select medical insurance coverage from the available options under the PERS Medical Plans or other plans approved by PERS. Eligibility, participation and enrollment shall be in accordance with the requirements set forth by PERS.
