Cancer Insurance. The City will provide for payroll deduction for cancer insurance premiums for all employees who desire the option. The total cost of the premiums shall be the responsibility of the employee requesting the option. The City agrees to meet and confer with the Union concerning the choice of carrier for this insurance. Only one policy of cancer insurance shall be made available. The Union agrees to accept all reasonable restrictions relating to this benefit which the City wishes to impose.
