Vision Insurance definition

Vision Insurance means a health plan that provides coverage for vision care or eye care services or a limited benefit vision insurance plan.[PL 2015, c. 171, §1 (NEW); PL 2015, c. 171, §4 (AFF).]
Vision Insurance means a form of insurance that provides coverage for the services rendered by an eye-care professional and for the purchase of ophthalmic goods.
Vision Insurance means any written policy or program of group vision insurance coverage maintained by the Employer, whether provided through a self-insured or a fully-insured policy with a third-party carrier.

Vision Insurance. The City will provide vision insurance for employees with the cost for single or dependent coverage paid for by the employee.
