Examples of Public Benefits in a sentence
The Parties believe that such orderly development of the Project will provide Public Benefits, as described in Section 2.3.1, to the City through the imposition of development standards and requirements under this Agreement, including without limitation: increased tax revenues, installation of on-site and off-site improvements, creation and retention of jobs, and development of an aesthetically attractive Project.
This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers.
Consideration of benefits under this agreement if section 7.11 applies – (Section 7.4(3)(e)) The Public Benefits are to be taken into consideration in determining a development contribution under section 7.11 of the Act.
The Developer must, at its cost and risk, provide the Public Benefits to the Council in accordance with this Agreement.
However, this does not mean that the Public Benefits operate as a credit to any contribution required under section 7.11 of the Act.
