Cooperation of Contractor. The Contractor will be supplied with one copy each of the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall have available on the work at all times one copy each of the plans and specifications. Additional copies of plans and specifications may be obtained by the Contractor for the cost of reproduction. The Contractor shall give constant attention to the work to facilitate the progress thereof, and he shall cooperate with the Engineer and his/her inspectors and with other Contractors in every way possible. The Engineer shall allocate the work and designate the sequence of construction in case of controversy between Contractors. The Contractor shall have a competent superintendent on the work at all times who is fully authorized as his/her agent on the work. The superintendent shall be capable of reading and thoroughly understanding the plans and specifications and shall receive and fulfill instructions from the Engineer or his/her authorized representative.

Cooperation of Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to let other contracts in connection with, or related to, this Project. The Contractor shall afford other contractors reasonable opportunity for the introduction and storage of their products and the execution of their work, and the Contractor and other contractors shall properly connect and coordinate their respective work with each other. If the proper execution or results of any part of the Contractor’s Work depends upon the work of any other contractor, the Contractor shall inspect and promptly report to the Engineer any defects in such other contractor’s work that render it unsuitable for such proper execution and results.
Cooperation of Contractor. Contractor shall have available on the job site at all times at least one (1) copy of the plans and specifications prepared for the Project. He shall give the Project all attention necessary to facilitate the progress thereof and shall cooperate with the City, City Representative, and with other contractors in every way possible. Using his best skill and attention, Contractor shall give efficient supervision to the Project and shall be solely responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, and procedures; for providing adequate safety precautions; and for coordinating all portions of the Project under the Contract.
Cooperation of Contractor. The Contractor shall conduct his/her operations so as to interfere as little as possible with those of other Contractors, utilities or any public authority on or near the work as shown on the plans or in the Specifications. The County of Xxxxx additionally reserves the right to perform other non-specified work by contract or otherwise, and to permit public utility companies and others to do work on or near the project during progress of the work. The Contractor shall conduct his/her work and cooperate with such other parties so as to cause as little interference as possible with their operations and as the Engineer may direct. The Contractor shall not take advantage of any apparent error or omission in the plans or specifications, but the Engineer shall be permitted to make such corrections and interpretations as may be deemed necessary for the fulfillment of the intent of the plans and specifications. No additional compensation will be paid to the Contractor for any delay or inconvenience due to material shortages, or delays due to the operation of such other parties doing the work indicated or shown on the plans or in the Specifications, or for any delays on construction due to the encountering of existing utilities whether or not shown on the plans. The Contractor shall have a Superintendent, who is a qualified representative in charge of all phases of the Contractor's work and available at all times when the work is in progress. The Superintendent shall be capable and shall not be changed without written notice to the Engineer. The Engineer shall have the right to require removal of the Superintendent should he/she be deemed incompetent or obstructive in carrying out the work. The Contractor shall have the right to appeal the Engineer's decision directly to the County. The Superintendent employed by the Contractor shall have full authority to act and make decisions for the Contractor in his/her absence. The Contractor's Superintendent shall give efficient supervision to the work, using his/her best skill and attention. He/she shall be actually present on the work during all regular and other working hours acting in the capacity of Superintendent. The Contractor shall furnish the Superintendent and each Subcontractor a copy of that part of the plans and specifications pertaining to the work he/she is performing. These plans and specifications shall be kept on the work at all times.
Cooperation of Contractor. After execution by the City, the City shall supply Contractor one complete copy of the contract documents. This set shall include plans, specifications, standard form terms and conditions, and the fully executed contract. The City shall also make available to Contractor at least three (3) copies of plans and specifications for his use in prosecuting the work. Contractor may request additional copies of any of the contract documents and the City shall supply such copies as requested at Contractor's cost. Contractor shall cooperate with Owner and its other contractors and coordinate Contractor's Work with theirs so that all Work may be performed without undue interference or delay. Contractor shall afford Owner and its other contractors reasonable opportunity for the introduction, and storage, of materials and execution of work on the Project, including storage space, access, use of hoisting equipment and Contractor's construction utilities.
