Public Authority. For the purposes hereof, “Public Authority” means, without limitation, any person, agent, employee or contractor exercising activities in departments, institutions, associations, entities or bodies of the direct or indirect public administration, as well as any employee, family member, relative or personal close relationships.

Public Authority. Provider Registry: IHSS Home Care Registry that recruits and maintains a list of eligible providers to refer to IHSS RECIPIENTS. Provider Enrollment: Process by which newly hired providers complete State mandated requirements necessary to become eligible IHSS providers. Provider Enrollment Agreement: A State mandated form applicant IHSS providers complete indicating understanding of, and agreement to IHSS Program rules and requirements. Provider Enrollment Orientation: A State mandated requirement for applicant IHSS providers to view the State created IHSS Program video and receive instruction regarding the IHSS Program rules and requirements.
Public Authority.
