Construction Utilities. Contractor shall be responsible for the cost, supply and availability of electric power and distribution requirements for the performance of the Work at the Job Site. Contractor shall provide its own telephone, facsimile, radio, telex and other communication facilities at the Job Site as necessary for the performance of the Work. In addition, Contractor shall provide its own temporary lighting, water and sewer facilities at the Job Site.

Construction Utilities. Provide construction power and construction water and two telephone lines in the vicinity of the Job Site at no additional cost to the Contractor.

Temporary Heat as required for the efficient prosecution of the Work and to prevent freeze damage during construction. Heating methods shall be submitted for Contractors approval prior to use. Salamanders or other heating methods which constitute a hazard to personnel or property shall not be used; open fires will not be allowed. All heating equipment shall be equipped with personal protection to avoid xxxxx.
Construction Utilities. The Design-Builder shall provide, make all arrangements necessary to secure the availability of all Utilities necessary for the performance of the Design-Build Work. The Design-Builder shall be responsible for the payment of all Utility bills in a timely manner in connection with all Design-Build Work performed from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed with Stage 2 Design-Build Work until the Substantial Completion Date.
Construction Utilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and bearing the cost, for and in behalf of work under this contract, all necessary utilities, such as special connections to water supply, telephones, power lines, fences, roads, watchmen, suitable storage places, and approved sanitary facilities for Contractor’s employees.

Construction Utilities. Electricity and water, in reasonable quantities, will be provided without cost to the Contractor. Reasonable quantities is defined as lighting, portable power tools, drinking water, etc. Any uses in excess of the above, and not previously approved by the Building Manager, will be billed back to the Contractor at a rate not to exceed that charged by the applicable utility plus a 21% administrative fee. Contractor is responsible for any temporary connections, extensions, etc., to enable use of these utilities and will remove same upon completion of work. 21.
Construction Utilities. The Contractor shall arrange for the furnishing of and shall pay the costs of all utility services, including, without limitation, electricity, water, gas and telephone necessary for performance of the Work and the Contractor's obligations under the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish and install necessary or appropriate temporary distributions of utilities, including meters, to the Site. Any such temporary distributions shall be removed by the Contractor upon completion of the Work. The costs of all such utility services, including the installation and removal of temporary distributions thereof, shall be borne by the Contractor and included in the Contract Price.
Construction Utilities. The Contractor shall furnish all construction utilities and related equipment, materials, and supplies required for prosecution of the Work under these specifications but not incorporated in the completed Work. All construction utilities shall be of the proper type and size to adequately perform the Work. All construction utilities shall be regularly and systematically maintained throughout the Work to ensure proper and efficient operation. Construction utilities which are inadequate or improperly maintained shall be promptly modified, repaired, or removed from the site and replaced to the satisfaction of CPS Energy. All temporary construction utilities furnished by the Contractor shall remain the property of the Contractor and, when the construction is completed, all such temporary construction utilities shall be removed from the site and the area shall be restored to its original condition. All construction utility equipment furnished by the Contractor for use on the Work shall be of the type and size required to perform the Work in a safe and satisfactory manner. All equipment shall be in first-class condition when delivered to the jobsite and shall be maintained in this condition throughout the construction period. Any equipment which is not suitable or which is not in first-class operating condition shall immediately be repaired or replaced with acceptable equipment. CPS Energy will not furnish construction power.
