Execution by definition

Execution by means of self-execution by Trade Republic Trade Republic may, at its own discretion, deliver or take over the relevant Securities in whole or in part itself. This applies, in particular, to the extent that orders in Securities Transactions between Trade Republic and the Customer cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part by a purchase or sale transaction with another market participant or a central counterparty.
Execution by means of self-execution by Trade Republic Trade Republic may, at its sole discretion, deliver or take over the delivery of the respective Crypto Assets itself, in whole or in part. This shall also apply to the extent that no exchange or market price is officially determined for the respective Crypto Assets.

Examples of Execution by in a sentence

  • Execution means the execution of clients’ orders on the Company’s trading platform, where the Company acts as an Agent to Clients’ transactions.

  • Best execution means prompt and reliable execution at the most favorable security price, taking into account the other provisions hereinafter set forth. The determination of what may constitute best execution and price in the execution of a securities transaction by a broker involves a number of considerations, including, without limitation, the overall direct net economic result to the Fund (involving both price paid or received and any commissions and other costs paid), the efficiency with which the transaction is effected, the ability to effect the transaction at all where a large block is involved, availability of the broker to stand ready to execute possibly difficult transactions in the future, and the financial strength and stability of the broker. Such considerations are judgmental and are weighed by the Manager in determining the overall reasonableness of brokerage commissions.

  • Persecution means the intentional and severe deprivation of fundamental rights contrary to international law by reason of the identity of the group or collectivity;

  • Execution Venue means the entity with which client orders, assets or securities are placed and/or to which the Company transmits Client’s orders for execution.

  • Responsible Parties means all Retailers and Customers, including Transmission Load Customers, Distribution Load Customers, DG Customers, MG Customers or agents of the foregoing;

  • Intervenor means any person who, upon written petition, is permitted to intervene in a specific proceeding before the board.

  • Counterpart means a counterpart to this Agreement entered into by a Subsidiary of Company pursuant to Section 21 hereof.

  • Threatened means a claim, Proceeding, dispute, action or other matter for which any demand or statement has been made (orally or in writing) or any notice has been given (orally or in writing), or if any other event has occurred or any other circumstances exist, that would lead a prudent Person to conclude that such a claim, Proceeding, dispute, action or other matter is likely to be asserted, commenced, taken or otherwise pursued in the future.

  • EXPERIMENTAL OR INVESTIGATIONAL means any healthcare service that has progressed to limited human application, but has not been recognized as proven and effective in clinical medicine. See Experimental or Investigational Services in Section 3 for a more detailed description of the type of healthcare services we consider experimental or investigational.

  • Binding Agreement means a binding agreement executed by MaineHousing and the Applicant pursuant to which the Applicant elects the Applicable Percentage for a Project pursuant to Section 42(b) of the Code.

  • the/this Agreement means the agreement as set out in this document and the Appendices hereto;

  • Best Knowledge means both what a Person knew as well as what the Person should have known had the Person exercised reasonable diligence. When used with respect to a Person other than a natural person, the term "Best Knowledge" shall include matters that are known to the directors and officers of the Person.

  • E-Signature means the process of attaching to or logically associating with an Electronic Transmission an electronic symbol, encryption, digital signature or process (including the name or an abbreviation of the name of the party transmitting the Electronic Transmission) with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such Electronic Transmission.

  • Signature means a tangible symbol or an electronic signature that evidences the signing of a record.

  • Personal Grievance means a claim of unjustifiable dismissal, unjustifiable disadvantage, discrimination, sexual or racial harassment, or duress in relation to membership or non-membership of a union or employees’ organisation.

  • Delivery means delivery in compliance of the conditions of the contract or order.

  • Responsible Party means a public or private body or any other person which, alone or in conjunction with others, determines the purpose of and means for processing personal information, as defined in POPI.

  • Governmental or Regulatory Authority means any court, tribunal, arbitrator, authority, agency, commission, official or other instrumentality of the United States, any foreign country or any domestic or foreign state, county, city or other political subdivision.

  • Parent’s Knowledge means the actual knowledge of those individuals identified in Section 1.1(b) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Necessary Personal Effects means items such as clothing and toiletry items, which are included in the Insured’s Baggage and are required for the Insured’s Trip.

  • Buyer’s Knowledge means the actual knowledge of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx or Xxxxxxx Xxxxx.

  • Knowledge of Buyer Means the actual knowledge of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx.

  • Experimental or Investigative means treatments, devices or prescription medications which are recommended by a Physician, but are not considered by the medical community as a whole to be safe and effective for the condition for which the treatments, devices or prescription medications are being used. This includes any treatments, procedures, facilities, equipment, drugs, drug usage, devices, or supplies not recognized as accepted medical practice, and any of those items requiring federal or other governmental agency approval not received at the time services are rendered.

  • Responsible public entity means a public entity that has the power to develop or operate the applicable qualifying project.

  • Signed means bearing a signature or representation of a signature affixed by mechanical means or an electronic symbol or process attached to or logically associated with an electronic communication and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign the electronic communication;
