The Engineer is expected to complete the Engineering Services described herein in accordance with the above-described Work Authorizations or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto.
The Engineer shall promptly notify the County of any event which will affect completion of the Work Authorization, although such notification shall not relieve the Engineer from costs or liabilities resulting from delays in completion of the Work Authorization.
The Engineer may designate in writing, from time to time, one or more representatives authorized to act on the City’s behalf with respect to the Project.
The Engineer shall include the provisions of Subsections (A) through (F) above in every subcontract, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment, unless exempt by the Regulations, or directives issued pursuant thereto.
