Continuous Shift Workers. Overtime worked by a continuous shift worker outside the rostered hours is paid at: PERIOD PENALTY Any day other than a Public Holiday 2x ordinary rate Public Holiday 2.5x ordinary rate
Continuous Shift Workers. (1) The ordinary working hours shall not exceed forty in any one week to be worked in five shifts of eight hours, each inclusive of crib time.
Continuous Shift Workers. CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR CLOSURE Employees who are engaged in services which require continuous operation and who receive additional annual leave for continuous shift work, shall not be required to participate in the compulsory closure arrangements over the Christmas/New Year period.
Continuous Shift Workers. Employees who work a 12-hour shift are entitled to paid breaks of up to 60 minutes in aggregate to suit the needs of the business or individual employees by arrangement of the parties involved.
Continuous Shift Workers. (a) Continuous Shift Workers are entitled to an additional week’s annual leave for each completed year of employment. The formula for calculating a continuous shift worker’s additional annual leave entitlement is: 1/52 x their ordinary rostered hours of work for the completed twelve month period.
Continuous Shift Workers. Continuous shift workers will work 12 hour shifts. 4 rostered day shifts on, 4 rostered days off, 4 rostered nights on, 4 rostered nights off. The roster will be a 4 crew roster. Working shifts will be 7am to 7pm for day shift and 7pm to 7am for night shift. “
Continuous Shift Workers. Weekdays and day shift Saturdays: First 3 hours at time a half of the employee’s ordinary base hourly rate and the remaining hours at double time the employee’s ordinary base hourly rate. Night shift Saturdays and Sundays: Double the employee’s ordinary base hourly rate of pay for all hours worked. For Casual Employees, overtime rates shall be calculated as above, based on the Employee’s base ordinary rate of pay, excluding the casual loading.
Continuous Shift Workers. A continuous shift worker recalled to work overtime after leaving Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx (whether notified before or after leaving the premises) will be paid for a minimum of four hours work at the rate prescribed in the Overtime clause of this Agreement for each time the employee is so recalled, provided that, except in the case of unforeseen circumstances arising, the employee will not be required to work the full four hours if the job the employee was recalled to perform is completed within a shorter period.
Continuous Shift Workers. (d) (i) In addition to the leave hereinbefore prescribed, Continuous Shift Workers, as defined, shall be allowed seven consecutive days' leave, including non-working days.
Continuous Shift Workers. According to their agreed Shift Roster. If a public holiday falls within a Continuous Shift employee’s annual leave and this day would have been a normal rostered day the public holiday will not be deducted from the employee’s annual leave accrual.
