Continuous Operation. The work week shall provide for continuous operation based on a seven (7) day week, twenty-four (24) hours per day.

Active and continuous use and operation shall (x) mean that the Improvements (other than the Existing Improvements) shall be continuously open for business, and appropriately staffed with personnel, on such days and for such hours as is customary for similar business operations in San Diego County, California and (y) shall include training activities and pre-opening activities after the Completion of the Convention Center and before opening the Convention Center to the public in an effort to open the Convention Center to the public, provided that RIDA diligently prosecutes such training activities and pre-opening activities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, RIDA may decide in its sole discretion and in good faith in order to maximize the long-term best interest of the Development that portions of the Convention Center which are not then in use may be temporarily closed if (a) RIDA reasonably believes that such temporary closure will not cause the Revenues (as defined in the Indenture) pledged under the Indenture to be less than the amount needed to pay the Annual Debt Service (as defined in the Indenture) and (b) such temporary closure does not materially and adversely affect the use and operation of, and access to, the remainder portion of the Convention Center (for example, for renovations; provided that such renovations are not otherwise prohibited by this Sublease and provided, further, that RIDA diligently prosecutes such renovations to completion). Continuous Operation. WebTrader is a technical communication system that is used by DEGIRO for communication between DEGIRO and its customers and with the many service providers such as banks, brokers and exchanges that DEGIRO needs for providing its services. DEGIRO will make an effort to have the access to its services via WebTrader and the performance of these services run as smoothly as possible. DEGIRO does not guarantee the continuous and faultless operation of WebTrader and is authorised to temporarily suspend access to or the operation of WebTrader, for instance in connection with malfunctions or repairs. It may be clear that DEGIRO will only make use of this right, where XXXXXX deems this necessary for the protection of the clients of DEGIRO, of DEGIRO and of the proper functioning of markets and prices. Continuous Operation. In circumstances where the loading or discharging of a deepsea vessel is a continuous operation, e.g. roll-on, roll-off or a sideport operation, any persons employed under this Agreement may be required by the Employer to perform work from the stow in the vessel through to the final place of rest on the dock premises in the case of discharge, or from place of rest on the dock premises through to the stow in the vessel in the case of loading.

The weekly hour-multiplier of an employee who is, at the time of his vacation, regularly assigned to work on a continuous operation schedule will be the greater of either (a) the number of hours per week he would have been paid, up to a maximum of 48 hours, including premium hours for Saturday and/or Sunday, had he worked forty (40) hours on his established regular schedule including Saturday and/or Sunday, on the week or weeks scheduled for vacation or (b) the hours provided by the application of Section 7(b)(iii) above.
