Saturdays and Sundays. When a statutory holiday falls on a Saturday or a Sunday and another day is not proclaimed in lieu thereof in accordance with Article 14.01, a day off in lieu thereof will be given on the last working day immediately preceding or the first working day immediately following the weekend on which the statutory holiday or holidays fall. The day off in lieu will be chosen by the Company and taken by employees either individually or in groups at the Company’s discretion.
Saturdays and Sundays. Where the work week (as defined in Article 8.02) of an employee begins on Monday, the Company shall pay one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular straight time hourly rate for all work performed on Saturday (subject to Article 9.03(b)) and two (2) times the regular straight time hourly rate for all work performed on Sunday.

When any of the above holidays occur on a Saturday or Sunday, the Board shall schedule equivalent work days off immediately preceding or following the holidays so as to not interrupt regular student attendance days. Holiday pay shall be the salary paid for the regular work day.

Saturdays and Sundays. It may be necessary for the Company to roster employees’ ordinary hours on a Saturday and/or a Sunday. This clause does not apply to overtime work on a Saturday or Sunday. When employees do work some of their ordinary hours on a Saturday and or a Sunday they shall be paid as follows:

All hours worked after 12 noon on Saturday shall be paid at double time. All time worked on a Sunday shall be paid at two and a half times the ordinary rate. The minimum paid time for work occurring on a Saturday or Sunday shall be four (4) hours.
