Entitlement Sample Clauses
The Entitlement clause defines the specific rights or benefits that a party is granted under an agreement. It typically outlines what a party is eligible to receive, such as payments, services, or access to certain resources, and may specify the conditions or events that trigger these entitlements. By clearly stating what each party is entitled to, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that expectations are aligned regarding the benefits or compensation provided by the contract.
