SEVEN CONSECUTIVE DAYS Clause Samples
The "SEVEN CONSECUTIVE DAYS" clause defines a specific time period of seven days in a row, without interruption, as a standard for measuring deadlines or obligations within a contract. In practice, this means that if a party is required to take action within seven consecutive days, weekends and holidays are included unless otherwise specified. This clause ensures clarity and consistency in interpreting timeframes, preventing disputes over whether non-business days count toward the period and thereby reducing ambiguity in contractual obligations.
