Authorized Transfers. You are liable for all Electronic Fund Transfers that you authorize, whether directly or indirectly. • Unauthorized Transfers: Tell us at once if you believe your Mobile App Login ID or password has been lost or stolen or if your Mobile App user account has been, or may have been, subject to Unauthorized Electronic Fund Transfers. Contact us immediately to keep your possible losses to a minimum. You could lose all the money in your Linked Account(s) and/or Exto Banking Account. • If you tell us within four (4) business days after learning of the loss or theft of your Mobile App Login ID or password or after learning of any other Unauthorized Electronic Fund Transfers associated with your Mobile App user account, you can lose no more than $50. However, if you DO NOT tell us within four (4) business days after learning of the loss, theft or unauthorized use associated with your Mobile App user account, and we can establish that we could have prevented the Unauthorized Electronic Fund Transfer(s) if you had told us in time, you could lose as much as $500. • If your periodic account statement issued by your bank or financial institution shows Unauthorized Electronic Fund Transfers and you DO NOT tell us within ninety (90) days after the statement was delivered to you, you may not get back any money you lose after the ninety (90) day period if we can prove that we could have prevented the unauthorized transfer(s) if you had told us in time. If an extenuating circumstance (such as extended travel or hospitalization) prevents you from promptly notifying us of a suspected lost or stolen Mobile App Login ID or password or of any other suspected Unauthorized Electronic Fund Transfers(s), the time periods specified in this Section 26.2 may be extended for a reasonable period.

Authorized Transfers. Subject to complying with the conditions of Section 12.3, each Member and Unit Holder may Transfer all or any part of its Units in the Company to a transferee, by giving written notice of such Transfer to the Manager, and the transferee thereof will become a Unit Holder as to the transferred interest having the rights and subject to the obligations specified in this Article XII. Such a Transfer shall, however, not cause such transferee to be admitted as a Member, unless the Manager's consent thereto is granted under Section 12.6.
Authorized Transfers. Only with the prior written approval of Lessor, Lessee may assign or otherwise transfer Lessee's interest in this Lease and the Project to a trustee under a deed of trust or a mortgagee under a mortgage (herein collectively called "trust deed") for the benefit of an institutional or other bona fide lender for value approved by Lessor under its Pepperdine University Home Loan Program (“PUHLP”) as set forth in Paragraph 4 of Lessee’s Purchase Agreement, including without limitation, Lessor as holder of a deed of trust to secure payment of rent and other charges hereunder (herein called "Authorized Encumbrancer"). Authorized Transfers. Pre-authorized electronic funds transfer means an electronic funds transfer authorized in advance to recur at substantially regular intervals. You can arrange to have payments from a third party electronically credited to your account, such as direct payment of federal Social Security benefits. You can also arrange to have payments you owe to a third party (such as payment of an insurance premium) electronically debited from your account. Generally, you will have to enter into a separate agreement to have this done on a recurring basis. There is no limitation on the amount that can be credited to your account. You must maintain sufficient funds in the designated account(s) to cover any debit. Preauthorized transfers crediting your account are generally available for all deposit accounts with the exception of Certificates of Deposit. Preauthorized transfers debiting your account are generally permitted from statement accounts. Preauthorized transfers debiting your account are NOT permitted from passbook accounts and/or Certificates of Deposit. By law, you can only make six (6) preauthorized withdrawals or automatic transfers each month from your statement savings or money market account(s).
