Unauthorized Transactions. You are not responsible for unauthorized Transactions. A Transaction is considered an “unauthorized Transaction” if we complete an investigation and determine that: • The Account was used by someone other than you; • You did not receive any benefit from the Transaction; • You co-operated fully with us in our investigation; and • You followed your responsibilities under this Agreement, including in these sections:

Unauthorized Transactions. To the extent a Service transaction is an “electronic fund transfer” under Consumer Federal Protection Bureau Regulation E (“REG E”), tell us AT ONCE if you believe your Password has been lost or stolen, or if you believe that an Online Banking transaction has been made without your permission using information from your check. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. Call us at 000- 000-0000 or write to us at Renasant Bank, Attn: Special Products-Electronic Banking Administrator, P.O. Box 709, Tupelo, MS 38802-0709. You could lose all the money in your Accounts (plus the money in any account linked to your Accounts for overdraft protection or may be obligated to repay the maximum amount of any line of credit established with us to cover overdrafts). If you tell us within two (2) Business Days after you learn of the loss, theft, or unauthorized transaction, you can lose no more than $50.00 if someone used your Access Code without your authorization or made a transaction without your authorization. If you do NOT tell us within two (2) Business Days after you learn of the loss, theft, or unauthorized transaction, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your Access Code or the Service without your authorization if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.00. Also, if your statement shows a transaction that you did not make or authorize, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within sixty (60) days after the statement was mailed, electronically transmitted, or otherwise made available to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods as may be reasonable under the circumstances.
Unauthorized Transactions. We may process any payment or transfer instruction (including an amendment or cancellation instruction) that we believe is transmitted or authorized by you if we act in compliance with the security procedures (e.g., we obtain the Security Code) you and we have agreed upon for the Service. The instructions will be deemed effective as if made by you, and you will be obligated to pay us in the amount of such transactions, even though they are not transmitted or authorized by you. We may elect to verify the authenticity or content of any instruction, as an alternative security procedure, by placing a call to any authorized signer on your account or any other person designated by you for that purpose. If we are unable to verify an instruction to our satisfaction, we may reject the instruction.
Unauthorized Transactions. If you discover a Check forgery, alteration or other unauthorized transaction involving your Account, you must promptly notify us in writing of the relevant facts at the address in the subsection titled “How to Contact Us” in the section titled “General Account Informationin this agreement. You agree to maintain a current Account register and to carefully and promptly review all statements and notices we send to you. If you participate in our Check safekeeping service, your statements will be deemed to provide sufficient information about your Checks and other transactions for you to determine whether any are forged, altered or unauthorized if the statements provide you with the Check number, amount and date of payment. You are in the best position to discover and report any unauthorized debit to your Account. If you fail to notify us within a reasonable time (not exceeding 21 days) of an unauthorized signature, alteration, forgery, counterfeit Check or other unauthorized debit to your Account, we will not be responsible for subsequent unauthorized non-ACH transactions by the same wrongdoer. Without regard to care or lack of care of either you or us, if you do not discover and report any such unauthorized transaction within 60 days after your statement, transaction information or the Item is made available to you, you are precluded from asserting the unauthorized transaction against us. If you fail to notify us within 24 hours of the Posting of an unauthorized ACH debit to your Account, we will not be responsible for subsequent unauthorized transactions by the same wrongdoer. Without regard to care or lack of care of either you or us, if you do not discover and report any such unauthorized ACH debit transaction within a reasonable time (not exceeding 14 days) after your statement, transaction information or the Item is made available to you, you are precluded from asserting the unauthorized transaction against us. If you claim a credit or refund because of an unauthorized transaction, you agree to provide us with a declaration containing whatever reasonable information we require regarding your Account, the transaction and the circumstances surrounding the claimed loss. You also agree to make a report to the police and to provide us with a copy of the report, upon request. We will have a reasonable period of time to investigate the circumstances surrounding any claimed loss. During our investigation, we will have no obligation to provisionally credit you...
Unauthorized Transactions. We shall have no liability to you for any unauthorized transfer made using the SCA and/or security procedures that occurs before you have notified us of possible unauthorized use. You may be responsible for losses resulting from any unauthorized use of the Services if you have acted fraudulently, failed to notify us of any suspected breach or if you act without reasonable care (which may apply if you do not comply with your obligations under Clause 2 (Instructions)).
Unauthorized Transactions. You agree to cooperate fully with the investigation of any unauthorized transaction regarding your Account, to file complete and truthful reports with criminal law enforcement agencies, and to give complete and truthful testimony. At our request, you agree that (a) we will be subrogated to, and you shall assign to us, all rights that you have against any unauthorized user, (b) you will do whatever is necessary to enable us to exercise our rights and will cooperate with us, and (c) you will not prejudice our rights. You further agree that we have the right to reverse any credits that we apply, and that you will indemnify and hold us harmless with respect to any dispute, to the full extent permitted by law.
Unauthorized Transactions. You may not use the Service in violation of this Agreement or applicable laws, rules or regulations. It is a violation of the Agreement to use the Service for any of the following: sexually-oriented materials or services, gambling activities , fraud, money-laundering, the funding of terrorist organizations, or the purchase or sale of tobacco, tobacco related paraphernalia, firearms, prescription drugs, or other controlled substances; or to send money to a Recipient that has violated the Agreement. If you use the Service in connection with illegal conduct, Remitly will report you to law enforcement.

Unauthorized Transactions. 10.1 The Bank will use reasonable endeavours, except in circumstances which are beyond its control, to complete the investigation within 90 days upon receipt of notice of an unauthorized transaction from the Cardholder. The Cardholder shall follow the instructions of the Bank and fully cooperate with the Bank and/or appropriate authorities in respect of any subsequent investigations into the unauthorized transaction(s) involving the Card.
Unauthorized Transactions. 8.1 The Cardholder shall examine his/her Statement carefully and report any unauthorized transactions in the Statement to the Company within 60 days from the date of the Statement.

In an effort to manage our risk, we and our Service Providers may, but are not required to, monitor your transactions and processing activity for high-risk practices or for fraudulent transactions.
