Acquisition Expenses. Any and all expenses incurred by the Company, the Advisor, or any Affiliate of either in connection with the selection, acquisition or development of any Asset, whether or not acquired, including, without limitation, legal fees and expenses, travel and communications expenses, costs of appraisals, nonrefundable option payments on property not acquired, accounting fees and expenses, and title insurance premiums.

Acquisition Expenses. Any and all expenses, exclusive of Acquisition Fees, incurred by the Company, the Operating Partnership, the Advisor, or any of their Affiliates in connection with the selection, evaluation, acquisition, origination, making or development of any Investments, whether or not acquired, including, without limitation, legal fees and expenses, travel and communications expenses, costs of appraisals, nonrefundable option payments on property not acquired, accounting fees and expenses, title insurance premiums, and the costs of performing due diligence.
Acquisition Expenses. Any and all expenses incurred by the Company, the Partnership, the Advisor, or any Affiliate of any such entity in connection with the selection, evaluation, and acquisition of, and investment in Properties and Real Estate-Related Investments, whether or not acquired (or made), including, but not limited to, legal fees and expenses, travel and communications expenses, cost of appraisals and surveys, nonrefundable option payments on property not acquired, accounting fees and expenses, architectural, engineering and other property reports, environmental and asbestos audits, title insurance premiums and escrow fees, transfer taxes, and miscellaneous expenses related to the selection, evaluation and acquisition of Properties and Real Estate-Related Investments.

Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to any Person not affiliated with the Sponsor in connection with the actual development and construction of any Property. ACQUISITION AND ADVISORY FEES. The fees payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 3.01(b).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Person hired or retained by RREEF America L.L.C. to perform sub-advisory or property management and related services for the Company or the Operating Partnership that is not hired or retained to perform substantially all of the functions of RREEF America L.L.C. with respect to the Company or the Operating Partnership as a whole shall not be deemed to be an Advisor.
Acquisition Expenses. If an organ, tissue, or bone marrow is obtained from a living donor for a covered transplant, the Plan will pay for the donor’s medical expenses as acquisition costs. The Lifetime Maximum applies to Benefits for covered acquisition expenses. If the donor is a Member of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana or HMO Louisiana, Inc. and the Lifetime Maximum has been met on this Plan, the donor’s policy may cover medical expenses. The Lifetime Maximum applies to costs of searching for bone marrow donors. If any organ, tissue, or bone marrow is sold rather than donated, the Plan does not pay the purchase price.
Acquisition Expenses. A non-accountable acquisition expense reimbursement in the amount of: (i) 0.25% of the funds paid for purchasing an Asset, including any debt attributable to the Asset, plus 0.25% of the funds budgeted for development, construction or improvement in the case of Assets that we acquire and intend to develop, construct or improve or (ii) 0.25% of the funds advanced in respect of a loan or other investment. In addition, to the extent the Advisor directly provides services formerly provided or usually provided by third parties, including without limitation accounting services related to the preparation of audits required by the Securities and Exchange Commission, property condition reports, title services, title insurance, insurance brokerage or environmental services related to the preparation of environmental assessments in connection with a prospective or completed investment (the “Additional Services”), the direct employee costs and burden to the Advisor of providing the Additional Services shall be Acquisition Expenses. Acquisition Expenses also include any investment-related expenses due to third parties in the case of a completed investment, including, but not limited to legal fees and expenses, travel and communications expenses, costs of appraisals, accounting fees and expenses, third-party brokerage or finder’s fees, title insurance, premium expenses and other closing costs. Acquisition Expenses also include any payments made to (i) a prospective seller of an asset, (ii) an agent of a prospective seller of an asset, or (iii) a party that has the right to control the sale of an asset intended for investment by the Company that are not refundable and that are not ultimately applied against the purchase price for such asset (“Non-Refundable Payments”).

If any organ, tissue or bone marrow is sold rather than donated to a Member, the purchase price of such organ, tissue or bone marrow is not covered.
Acquisition Expenses. The Underwriting Manager shall pay when due, from funds in the Operating Account, all applicable Acquisition Expenses.
