A TRUSTEE Sample Clauses

The 'A TRUSTEE' clause defines the role, powers, and responsibilities of a trustee within a legal agreement, typically in the context of a trust arrangement. This clause outlines who may serve as trustee, the scope of their authority to manage trust assets, and the standards by which they must act, such as acting in the best interests of beneficiaries. By clearly delineating the trustee's duties and powers, the clause ensures proper administration of the trust and helps prevent disputes or mismanagement.
