Software Provider definition

Software Provider means a company who is responsible for producing the middleware and/or the operational software for the CSTB.
Software Provider means an entity which is in the business of providing information (including search solutions and services) to customers, and case management and practice management solutions to customers, via its electronic platform.
Software Provider means the provider of any accounting, practice management, point-of-sale or other software that is integrated with Tyro EFTPOS Banking or any Tyro products.

  • Unless You are a participant in the “ARCHIBUS Third- Party Hosted Software Services Program” or work with a Non Software Provider, You may not (i) provide computer time- sharing access to Your software to third parties; and/or (ii) let Your Software be used by persons outside Your operations (persons who are not full-time, part-time, or contracted workers of the Licensee) or by those that do not have a valid XXXX.

  • If I/we obtain from you the computer programs, software and related operating manuals ("Software") for access to the services under these Terms and any relevant Additional Terms, all rights and interests of the Software shall remain exclusively in and with you or the provider of the Software ("Software Provider").


More Definitions of Software Provider

Software Provider means any person or entity other than Defendant that sells, leases, licenses, or otherwise provides Application Software.
