Section 26.2. Any new legislation that impacts the Agreement shall be subject to negotiations at any time if 8 either party so requests.
Section 26.2. 19 All provisions of this Agreement shall be applicable to the entire term of this Agreement 20 notwithstanding its execution date, except as provided in the following section.

Section 26.2. 11 The District agrees to furnish rubber boots at employee request for drivers for use when washing their 12 buses.
Section 26.2. 36 All provisions of this agreement shall be applicable to the entire term of this agreement 37 notwithstanding its execution date, except as provided in the following section. 38 39 Section 26.3. 40 This agreement may be reopened and modified at any time during its term upon mutual consent of both 41 parties in writing. At least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this agreement, the Association 42 must send notice, in writing, to the District of its intention to negotiate another agreement. If the state 43 funds a COLA increase, the District will pass the increase to all employees listed on Schedule A for 44 each of the remaining years of the contract.
Section 26.2. 38 All provisions of this Agreement shall be applicable to the entire term of this Agreement 39 notwithstanding its execution date, except as provided in the following Section. 40 41 Section 26.3. 42 This Agreement shall not be reopened during its term except by mutual agreement; provided, that at 43 the request of either party this Agreement will be reopened in response to legislative changes that 44 require practices in direct conflict with this Agreement. Should the legislature appropriate funds for 45 wages not deemed as COLA for the 2017-19 biennium, or if the legislature funds a salary increase in a 46 manner different from the percentage method used in the past, the parties agree to open schedule A to 47 negotiate wages. 1 Should any Section of this Agreement be found to violate the law, the parties agree to reopen this 2 Agreement to bargain a replacement provision.

For the term of this Agreement, Schedule A shall be increased September 1 of 32 each year as follows. Should the legislature hereafter authorize and fund a salary and/or insurance 33 increase for classified school employees, the District will pass through such (increases) to the BEA 34 classified employees and apply the same adjustment to all members of the bargaining unit. The salary 35 increase will be based on the State-funded increase for classified employees. 37 • Effective September 1, 2019, Schedule A wages will increase 2.0% - the State-funded increase. 39 • Schedule A shall be reopened each year of this agreement to consider wage and longevity 40 increases. 41 42
