The PERFORMING PARTY is nol required to operale the Grant Equipment for rhe specific percentages listed for each individual area, provided that Ihe operalion of the Grant Equipment meets the total percentage of annual uso in all specified areas where a percentage is hsted. Operation of the Grant Equipment in the areas without a percenlagc of use listed (marked n/a) may not count towards the total combined percentage of annual use unless authorized by the TCEQ, either through amendment of this Scope of Work or other authorization.
Areas of Use. This agreement shall apply to all areas of use referred to in 2.1.1 unless an exception thereto is stipulated in 2.1.2.
Areas of Use. During the Term Licensee shall have exclusive use of the Garden Room, and/or Meeting Room, non-exclusive use of the adjoining entryways and hallways providing access from outside the building, The Serenity Garden (weather permitting) and the restrooms adjacent to the Children’s Library (collectively, the “Premises”). The Lessee shall not use, or allow the use of, the Containers in hostile countries or in any area of hostilities or conflict (declared or not) or in any area specifically prohibited in writing by the Lessor to the Lessee or in any area which may lead to the invalidation of the limit of coverage and of the insurance of the Containers.
