Accession Document definition

Accession Document means an agreement substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7 pursuant to which a member of the Group becomes a Borrower and/or a Guarantor;

Accession Document means an agreement substantially in the form set out in schedule 7 under which a Group Company becomes a Guarantor and/or a Borrower and becomes a party to the Intercreditor Deed;

More Definitions of Accession Document

Accession Document means an agreement substantially in the form set out in schedule 6 under which a Group Company becomes a Borrower and/or a Guarantor and becomes a party to the Intercreditor Agreement;
