Licensed Property definition

Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.

  • Any use of the Licensed Property not expressly permitted by this Agreement is prohibited.

  • Customer agrees that the Software and all associated trade secrets, including but not limited to the Licensed Property, its configurations, architecture, communications and performance benchmarks, are the exclusive property of AvePoint.

  • Customer is solely responsible for determining the appropriate uses and limitations of the Licensed Property in Customer's operations.

  • Customer agrees not to disclose, disseminate, transmit via any medium whatsoever, or make available the Software, Licensed Property or any associated trade secrets to any third party without AvePoint’s prior written consent.

  • AvePoint or its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Software and Licensed Property.


More Definitions of Licensed Property

Licensed Property means any products or methods related to the reduction of NOx and mercury emissions from cyclone coal-fired boilers, whether owned by ADA or licensed by ADA that are (i) covered by any Valid Claims(s) contained in any of the Patents, and/or (ii) based on the products, processes or methods developed using the Technology.
Licensed Property means the Independent Distributor Network, the Distributor Lists, the Sales Compensation Plan, the Copyrights, and the associated Know-How.
