Licensed Property definition

Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.

  • The Company is, or will be upon consummation of the Exchange, engaged in an active trade or business and will use the Licensed Property in such trade or business.

Licensed Property means any products or methods related to the reduction of NOx and mercury emissions from cyclone coal-fired boilers, whether owned by Licensor or licensed by Licensor now or hereafter, that are (i) covered by any Valid Claim(s) contained in any of the Patents, and/or (ii) based on the products, processes or methods developed using the Technology.
Licensed Property means the Independent Distributor Network, the Distributor Lists, the Sales Compensation Plan, the Copyrights, and the associated Know-How.
Licensed Property means the Operator Training Property, MUSIC Product and Hyprotech Property.
Licensed Property such as, without limitation, the characters portrayed in such television series or any reproductions thereof (hereinafter "Pre-Existing Material"), are acknowledged to be the sole and exclusive property of Licensor and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Licensor;
